About Jusfy
Introduction
Jusfy is a Brazilian legal-tech platform launched in 2021 by CEO Rafael Bagolin and CTO Juliano Lima, after Bagolin (then a practicing attorney) built a tool to automate revisional-calculation work for his own firm and it spread by word of mouth among other lawyers. Jusfy has since grown into a subscription bundle of more than 20 legal tools — including JusGPT, an AI legal assistant, a jurisprudence database the company describes as covering 50+ million case rulings, and a suite of legal calculators — used by more than 150,000 Brazilian lawyers according to the company. Jusfy raised just over US$1 million in a seed round in December 2022 and completed a second investment round in early 2025 (investors reported include SaaSholic, Norte Ventures, and Maya Capital), with the company citing a US$30 million valuation around that time and a South Summit award in April 2025.
Legal Research
Jusfy's JusFinder and jurisprudence database let attorneys search case law and public records (assets, companies, vehicles) directly from the platform, positioned as one of its core modules alongside JusGPT.
Contract Analysis
Jusfy advertises AI-powered document analysis as part of its toolset, but its own marketing emphasizes calculators, research, and petition drafting far more than contract-specific review workflows — contract analysis is a secondary capability here, not the product's focus.
Document Drafting
JusFile provides petition templates for common Brazilian legal filings, and the platform includes digital-signature tooling to take a drafted document through to execution.
Legal Translation
Jusfy does not advertise a legal translation feature; it is built specifically around Brazilian law and Portuguese-language practice.
Predictive Analytics
Jusfy's calculators (labor law, FGTS, rent disputes, pensions) perform deterministic legal computations rather than predicting case outcomes — useful, but a different capability from litigation-outcome prediction.
Pricing
Jusfy publishes four subscription tiers directly on its site — Experiment, One, Ultimate, and Black — ranging from roughly R$9.90 to R$227 per month, giving solo Brazilian practitioners a low-cost entry point compared to enterprise legal AI platforms.
User Reviews and Ratings
No G2 listing was reachable for Jusfy at the time of this review, and no independent review-platform rating could be confirmed; the company's own claim of 150,000+ lawyer users is self-reported.
Verdict
Jusfy is a mature, well-adopted all-in-one toolkit for Brazilian solo and small-firm lawyers, strongest on research, calculators, and petition templates rather than deep contract analysis or predictive analytics. Its low subscription pricing and large self-reported user base make it a notable low-cost alternative in a market segment most global legal AI vendors don't directly target.
