Integreon announced a new strategic collaboration with PwC on May 14, combining PwC's legal generative AI technology with Integreon's global talent pool to deliver legal managed services across EMEA. Both companies will leverage ContractPodAI's GenAI contract management platform Leah to increase efficiency and work toward unit-based pricing.
Integreon CEO Subroto Mukerji described the partnership as "the right place, right time" with growing demand for scalable GenAI-enabled legal services in EMEA. He emphasized that Integreon was already prepared for GenAI adoption, having trained teams and embedded tools before the technology gained widespread traction.
The collaboration addresses the pressure on in-house legal teams to do "more with less" by offering pre-vetted GenAI solutions that clients can implement without extensive research or testing. Mukerji clarified that this partnership is not leading to an acquisition but focuses on meeting immediate market needs.
In 2023, PwC announced a $1 billion investment in AI over three years and has established partnerships with major tech companies including Microsoft, Google, Oracle, and SAP.
